Leonard,
ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost I want to say how proud I am of you for deciding to leave your comfort zone of NM and go live in a new big city like Chicago. You've made the first step and that's most important. Things may not go the way you expect and new challenges may arise but take it from someone who has taken a giant leap, twice now, it will be more than worth it. Second, I know that you and I aren't close and haven't kept in contact very well/at all since leaving high school, but I still and always will consider you a friend. Third, if you pass through Socorro to check out the Very Large Array or heading to White Sands, please let's meet up if only for a bit. I'd love to check out both places.
Forth, if for any reason our paths don't cross I wish you all the best on your exciting adventure, it takes a lot of courage to embark on a journey like this and not everyone has the strength you do.
Peace,
Lydia M
